Jon joined TPC in May 2015 as CFO. He represented the company as CFO until October 2020, when he moved into the Chief Administrative Officer role. In this new role, Jon leads our Corporate Development, Human Resources, Fleet, and Safety Divisions. Prior to joining TPC, Jon held various CFO positions, always with a healthy mix of Operational responsibilities, making the transition to CAO a natural fit for the company.
Vice President of Operations, Power
BJ has been in the utility industry for over 20 years, joining TPC in 2006. Prior to becoming the VP of Operations, BJ held roles as a Line Crew Foreman, Area Manager, and General Foreman. BJ has experience in both Communications and Power Overhead/Underground Construction and is a member of the TPC Safety and Compliance Committees.
Vice President of Operations, Fiber
Jason has been in the utility industry for over 20 years. He began his career as a Flagger with J. Tech Communications, quickly working his way up to a lineman. Jason joined TPC in 2003 where he was a Lineman, Foreman, and Area Manager before earning the role of VP of Operations. His field experience helps him grow a strong division.
Kirk joined TPC in October 2020. Prior to joining TPC, Kirk served in various executive finance positions at Commercial Vehicle Group including Vice President - Finance, Corporate Development, and Investor relations. Prior to that, Kirk had various positions of increasing responsibility at Eaton Corporation. Kirk began his career at Ernst & Young and has over 25 years of financial experience.
Vice President of Operations, Wireless
Conor joined TPC in May 2018. He has been in the construction industry for 15 years, specializing in wireless construction for the last 10 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the TPC Wireless Division having worked at companies such as Goodman Networks, Black & Veatch, Crown Castle, and Verizon.
Vice President of Underground Services
Kelly joined TPC in March 2020 as the Director of Wireless, implementing processes to increase the quality and efficiency of business practices, quickly moving into her new role as VP of Underground Services. Prior to TPC, Kelly spent 10 years at Verizon Wireless as a Program Manager, overseeing various programs from small cell deployment to program development lead for nationwide tools development.
Vice President, Continuous Improvement & Business Development
Greg joined TPC in July 2020. Prior to TPC, he served in executive leadership positions at GE Aviation & GE Transportation. His GE career spanned over 25 years among various divisions in a variety of engineering, manufacturing, process improvement, quality, field service & component repair roles.
Safety Director, Risk Management
James has been in the Power & Communication line construction industry for 35 years. Throughout his career, he spent 10 years in the field and 25 years in management with an emphasis on safety program enhancement. He holds various OSHA and industry-related certifications. James has a passion for safety and works hard to propel a more management-driven safety program here at TPC.
